In the occasion of pre-booking with advance payment collected, request for refund must be raised before 24 hours delivery of the product.

Seven days money back guarantee if the customers change their minds, provided the product is returned in it original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein) and the packaging is still intact. Refund can be granted upon approval within 7 days after delivery. The normal/supplier delivery charge as well as card transaction charges if any will be deducted.
